COVID-19 Updates

Message to our valued guests and Winery friends:

We are reopening the inside of the winery on June 19th! 

We wanted to drop a quick note to let everyone know the new procedures for our reopening-

  • To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, masks must be worn inside the winery.
  • We will be offering seating outside and in our event space- no seating will be offered inside the winery due to limited capacity
  • We can have a maximum of 12 people inside the winery at one time. We ask if you are in a group of 3 or more, please send in 1-2 people at a time to ensure we can serve everyone as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you’re getting a tasting, we will ask you to fill out your sheet outside or in the pavilion and drop it off at our window.
  • Seating can’t be moved/pushed together-this includes indoors and outdoors. If you move seating, you will be asked to leave.
  • No groups of 10 or more will be accepted until further notice.

If you have any questions, please feel free to message us and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

For outdoor seating: 

  • We will be offering sanitizing stations spread throughout the property for your convenience
  • All outdoor seating will be spaced accordingly to follow CDC guidelines. We ask all guests to please not move our outside seating.
  • All outdoor seating will be sanitized before and after each set of customers
  • All wine by the glass, slushies, flights and any food ordered will be given to customers on disposable serving ware and we will have trash cans spaced throughout the property
  • Our flight paddles will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each use
  • The inside of the winery will continue to be closed, but we will still be offering our full service walk up window for all ordering and will also have a separate pickup window for your orders as well for convenience.
  • We HIGHLY ENCOURGAE all customers to wear a face covering when ordering to ensure the safety of other guests and our employees-once seated you remove your face covering for the remainder of your visit

Introducing our new and permanent business hours-effective immediately!

At this time we are still unable to do onsite consumption, but are open for carryout and call ahead orders.

Monday-Thursday: 11 am-6 pm

Friday & Saturday: 11 am- 7 pm

Sunday: 12-5 pm

If you have purchased event tickets for any events through March 30th, our store manager Megan will be attempting to contact you. If you prefer to reach out to her, please email them at huntersevents@wineryatwilcox.net. We will absolutely do everything in our power to handle your pre-paid event tickets and questions in a timely manner but please be patient with us as we have so many calls to make. If the ban lasts longer than the scheduled 14 days, we will revisit the events after on or before March 30th.

Also, if you would prefer not to come inside the Winery, and would like to purchase wine for pickup, just give us a call and pay over the phone. Give us another call when you get here, pull up out front and we will gladly bring it out to you. You MUST have your ID ready to show our staff. NO exceptions.
We apologize for any inconvenience and we pray every one of you remains healthy. We look forward to this situation being resolved and resuming all activities here at the Winery.
